Heuphert T Jones

Heuphert T. Jones affectionately known as Penny, 70 of South Bend, IN passed away peacefully while sleeping in his home on April 13, 2017.

Penny was born on July 23, 1946 in Jefferson City, MO to Mae T. Lee.

On December 13, 1976 in South Bend, IN he married Magnolia Dean.

Penny worked in the construction trade for many years.  He loved repairing cars, working in his yard and listening to music.  Penny always took time to help others.  On his journey through life Penny gave love, joy and laughter to many his presence will be forever missed.

Step sons, Stanley Washington, Charles Jackson, John Dean and Ellis Dean all of South Bend, IN.  Theresa Washington, Angie Washington, Nani Fisher of Mishawaka, IN.  Bessie Page and Brenda Sanders both of South Bend, IN. A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brothers. Willie R. Jones Jr and Freddie Jones both of Illinois. Special cousin Mary Griffin of South Bend, IN. Special friends, Clinton, Richard and Chopper.

He was proceeded in death by his mother, Mae T. Lee. Brother, Charles Hughes. Step daughters, Mary Bradford and Magdalene Dean.
