lavern Ivory (Randle) Suggs

Born Lavern Ivory Randle on June 15, 1946 in South Bend, IN to Ezekiel and Della Mae Randle, Lavern Ivory Suggs departed this life on Wednesday, November 29, 2017. She was 71 years old.

Lavern’s care and compassion for others especially the elderly led her pursue and complete her Nursing Degree from Ivy Tech in 2002. That same compassion was what led to the formation of 111 Home Personal Care Agency, her own company. Lavern always wanted to make sure the elderly received the very best care.

A woman of strong faith, she loved the Lord with all her heart. Her desire to worship and praise God was astounding.

Lavern's transition to heaven leaves her husband, Thad Suggs; sister Elizabeth Bell; children Joyce Randle, Jacqueline (Teddy) Coleman, Johnny (Helen) Randle, Julius ( Aileen) Randle, Jerome (Christy) Randle, Hattie Therisa Taylor, Roosevelt Randle, Thad (Vivian) Suggs, Chad (Veronica) Suggs, Robert (Sarah) Suggs, LaToya Suggs, Leah Suggs, special babies Darla Kaye Hildreth, Joseph Lee Williams, Janice (Mosco) White, Joeanner (Carlos) Williams a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, sisters, brothers, cousins, and friends to cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ezekiel Randle and her mother, Della Mae Randle. A sister, Earnestine Randle, daughter, Jean Randle, mother-in-law Luddie Mae Suggs and father-in-law Thad Suggs also preceded her in death

Lavern was truly loved and admired by all who knew her
