She was born August 16th 1968, in Hammond, Indiana, the Daughter of Cheryl Oller (Chiles). Dee was an avid animal lover and would take in any cat or dog she saw in need. She married the love of her life who preceded her in death Donald Slowiak (2010) on June 17th, 1989 in Munster Indiana. Dee took great joy seeing her grandchildren and spending time with her two sons Joshua Slowiak (Mishawaka IN,) and Shane Slowiak (U.S. Navy Lamar CA). She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cherlyn Reyes (2009) Brothers Kenneth Evans, (2007), Dennis Evans (2007) her husband Donald Slowiak (2010) and Mother Cheryl Oller (2011). She is survived by Sons Joshua and Shane Slowiak, sister Krystal Hmurovich (Oller), Mother in Law Gloria Slowiak (Kolodziej), fiancee Mark Harbaugh and several nieces and nephews and 4 grandchildren. Dee was a huge Chicago Cubs fan. She only derived more satisfaction from playing with the grandchildren or being active in her church.
