Elsie Bea (Riley) Neal

Born Elsie Bea Riley on July 26, 1946 in St. Louis, MO, Elsie Neal departed this life on Sunday, July 17, 2016 in Elkhart, IN. She was 69 years old.

Elsie was one of four children born to Clyde and Juanita (Billups) Riley. On April 12, 1975 she was united in wedlock to Eddie Neal, Sr. who preceded her in death on May 13, 2014.

Elsie was a twelve year employee of CTS Corporation and a twenty three year employee of Bayer from which she retired. Her favorite past times were assembling jigsaw puzzles and watching basketball and football games.  She also enjoyed “hanging out” with her best friend, Cilia Danner, talking with her sisters and brother; but most of all, daily phone conversations with her mother, Juanita.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons, Anthony (CeCey) Riley of Elkhart, Eddie (Shawn) Neal of Orlando, FL and stepson, Donald Wayne Neal of Elkhart. Elsie is also survived by her mother, Juanita Riley of Elkhart, sisters, Doris (George) Arnold, Shirley Fox and brother, Clyde (Carla) Riley. Seven grandchildren, Darnell Jones, Jaylen Neal, Darail Neal, LaKeshia Neal, Izaiah Neal, Anthony Riley Jr. and Staphon Worthy also her along with fourteen great grandchildren.

Elsie was preceded in death by her husband Eddie and dad, Clyde Riley, Sr. (November 26, 2013).

She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
