Evelyn D. Chapman

Evelyn Chapman, 52, passed away on Friday, November 14, 2014 in Memorial Hospital-South Bend.
Evelyn was born July 18, 1962 in South Bend, IN to Mr. Willie Chapman and Ozell Jones.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter. LaKesha Tyler of South Bend; a sister, Doris Jones of South Bend and a brother, Fred (Delsie) Jones of Ruther Glen, VA.

Also surviving her are five grandchildren, special friend, Michael Warner and her godmother, Willie Blackwell along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Burial is at at Fairview Cemetery.
