Jodie Michelle (Wells) Lantz passed away on June 6, 2026 in South Bend, Indiana.
Jodie was born to David and Joyce (Cox) Wells in Warsaw, IN on July 31, 1971.
Jodie is survived by four sons, John (Gina) Bradley, Lee Adams, Franklin Adams and David Hamilton.
She is also survived by several aunts and cousins and her step-mom, Linda Wells.
Jodie was preceded in death by her parents, David and Joyce and grandparents, Harry and
Jean Wells of Bourbon, IN.
A private celebration of life is planned for a later date yet to be determined.
