Kam'Ron Royce Redding

 Mr. Kam’Ron Royce Redding, affectionately known as “Kam,” passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in Indianapolis, Indiana from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was 18 years old. Kam’Ron was born on November 22, 1998 in South Bend, Indiana to Tanika Redding and Eric Kirk. He was Tanika’s only child.
  Kam’s rearing began in South Bend where he lived until the age of 7. He and his mother then relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a senior at Pike High School in Indianapolis where he was cornerback on the football team. Kam worked a part time job at Qudoba Mexican Grill. His hobbies included listening to music and spending time with relatives and friends. Kam’s future plans included going to college to pursue a career in communications and broadcasting. He had recently gone on college visits to Kentucky State University and Florida A&M University.
  He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his mother, Tanika Redding and step-father Patrick Dennis of Indianapolis; his father Eric Kirk of Indianapolis, siblings, Erik Kirk (Sherrie) of Chicago, Illinois, Kamryn Kirk of Indianapolis, Ericka Raye Kirk of Atlanta Ga, Eric March of Indianapolis, Iesha Mitchell of Benton Harbor, MI., DeShawn Kirk of South Bend, In. Maternal grandmother Janet Hogan of South Bend, In. Maternal grandparents John and Sheila Redding of South Bend, In. Kam’s will also be missed by his dog, a loving miniature Pinscher named Janel.
  Paternal Grandmother Billye Ann Kirk-Mitchell of South Bend, IN also survive him.
  Kam’Ron will also be missed by his girlfriend Janelle Russell of Indianapolis, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Kam was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Dallas and Marie Hogan, paternal great grandparents Reverend Dr. B.W. Kirk Sr. and Nettie Kirk, paternal grandfather J.M. Mitchell Jr. and uncle Terrell Redding.
