Lousie Whittaker Pack was the Matriarch of her family. She was affectionately known as “Granny” to most, and also known as a dear mother, sister and friend. Louise Whittaker Pack was born to Sophie and Willie Whittaker on September 27, 1930 in Eudora Arkansas. Louise was the oldest of all her siblings, whom she loved dearly. Louise went home to be with her heavenly father on July 28, 2021. Her happiest time in life was when she was raising her children at home. She continued that happiness through the caring and raising of her grandchildren. Louise never met a stranger and treated everyone she came in contact with, extra special. She was selfless and always put others' need before her own. Louise retired from 1st Source Bank after many years. In retirement her love for caring for children prevailed. She became a foster grandparent and served for many years. She leaves this earthly life and is celebrated by her devoted family: Three daughters, Brenda (Ricky) House of Delaware OH, Diane (Charles) Harris, Angela (Perry) Patton of South Bend IN; four sons Donnie Neely, Lentwood Mainer, Terry(Ida) Mainer of South Bend IN. and Jeffery Mainer of Westerville OH; three sisters, Bessie Whittaker of Chicago IL.,Gloria Whittaker and Velma Taylor of South Bend, IN; thirty grandchildren Tayna Schindler, Keiaonna (Wiley) Phillips, Arthur Neely, Monisha (Devon) Fuller, Brandon Neely, Antioine Mainer, Adrian Mainer, Melaine (Guillermo) Adkins, Armone Neely, Arreon Neely, Terreous Mainer, Terrell Mainer, Laticia Mainer, Latricia Mainer,Chastity Patton, Anita Patton, Destiny Troupe, Brittney (Fred) Sutherland, Cordero Mainer, Lakeisha Mainer, Sidney Mainer, Monte’ Mainer, Trey Mainer, Kaylin Mainer, Kyle Mainer, Arlexus (James) Crawford, Tyler Mainer, Lavender Neely, Deyja Vu Mainer, Lová Mainer; stepchildren Veronica Warren, Bridgette Pack, Carol Spann. She also leaves a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Sophie and Willie Whittaker, and her husband, Holly Pack; one brother and sister-in-law John (Maxie) Whittaker; one sister and brother-in-law Odessa(Jessie) Neal; one brother-in-law Joe Taylor; stepchildren Holly Pack Jr., Donald Pack, Philip Pack, and Larry Pack. “For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalm 30:5 KJV
