TRIBUTE TO A SERVANT OF GOD

Pastor Stephen Kyeyune of South Bend went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 11, 2022.

He was born on February 2, 1959, in Uganda to Pastor Isreal Kabwega Kyeyune and Milly Muganzi Kyeyune.

Stephen is survived by his son, Allan Semada and his six daughters Joan, Agnes, Allen, Jenipher, Ester and Liz: eighteen grandchildren, sisters, Mabel, Crissy, Robina, Milly, and Sanyu, and brothers, Mike Fred and Andrew.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Juliet and sons Ivan and Derrick.

In his early years, Stephen played soccer for the Express Football Club and had been captain of the team.

Pastor was an astute businessman while in Kireka, Uganda. After giving his life to Christ, he let go his business and moved to the United States to study in preparation for Christian ministry.

After attaining his BA in Christian Ministry from Indiana Christian University, he went on to graduate with both Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Theological studies.

Pastor Kyeyune established a ministry to minister to all, the Multicultural Family Church. He has also pioneered and established seven churches in Uganda.

A prolific writer, he has authored more than twelve books (available on Amazon) on several aspects of Christian life.

People who knew him immediately noticed his love for Jesus and those less fortunate.

Friends and family will dearly miss him.

May all strive to emulate a life well lived.

Mr. Kyeyune will be returned to Degeya, Bombo District, Uganda for service and burial following local services.
